Over 100 Million dollars of annual repair and field service business were moved from a variety of legacy systems, and consolidated onto Oracle. This fully integrated the service division with Finance and Supply Chain, enabling efficiencies such as streamlined service parts replenishment, automated order and shipment processing, and consolidated financial reporting. Additionally, with the rollout of iSupport, the company further leveraged benefits of Oracle's integration in providing customers with a web-based portal to log service requests.
